grass-finished beef slowly simmered with onions, garlic, celery and tomatoes, finished with butter and Parmesan and married to spaghetti pasta

accompanied with our in house baked breadsticks that are made with Sangre de Cristo flour, water, yeast, olive oil, salt, herbs and a touch of cane sugar

and not to forget the garden salad made of crisp romain, organic colorful baby greens and spicy radish sprouts, topped with red onion and carrots; choice of dressing
