Today’s Vegetable changing daily dependent on seasonal availability. We get many products from local farmers or the Santa Fe Farmers Market. Items we usually include are Zucchini, Carrots, Green Beans, Kale, SwissChard, Pumpkins, Kohlrabi, Beets, Onions, Cauliflour, Broccoli, Snow-peas…..

Sauteed Spinach
Baby spinach (often locally grown) sauteed with olive oil and ghee and roasted garlic.
Side Salad
Fresh local (when available) greens, tomato wedges, red onion, grated carrot. Dressings: roasted tomato vinaigrette, ranch, bleu cheese, Italian, Caesar.

Blue Plate Specials are presented as described, created for speed and economy (from 11am – ’til they’re gone !) Monday – Green Chile and Chicken Enchilada with Beans and Rice. Tuesday – Buttermilk -marinated Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes, biscuit and today’s vegetable. Wednesday – Joe’s Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and today’s vegetable. (Gluten free). Thursday – BBQ Beef Brisket with mashed potatoes and today’s vegetable (Gluten free). Friday – Fish & Chips, Atlantic cod in beer batter with French fries and cole slaw.
