Front of House manager – Dining room Manager

Joe’s has an opening for a Manager who excels in customer relations and
is passionate about food, beer, wine & spirits.
Is reliable, a leader, an individual that helps others to succeed.

The right candidate is seeking a satisfying long term career with dependable and significant compensation. Enjoys working in a well established “one of a kind” trend setting, locally sourced, European influenced and American inspired full service restaurant.
This position can become a salaried position with benefits and commission.

Duties include, but are not limited to hosting, supporting waiters, filling in on counter, cashing out waiters, hiring and training front of house staff, updating of wine, beer, spirits menu and inventory, schedule writing and arranging special events.
Work closely with Chef to insure consistency and quality of meals.

Short term goals to achieve are:
setting up Bar for our newly acquired Local Spirit License
and assessing if the restaurant should go back to a 6 or 7 day operation ( currently 5 1/2 days, before covid 7 days)
