Today’s Vegetable changing daily dependent on seasonal availability. We get many products from local farmers or the Santa Fe Farmers Market. Items we usually include are Zucchini, Carrots, Green Beans, Kale, SwissChard, Pumpkins, Kohlrabi, Beets, Onions, Cauliflour, Broccoli, Snow-peas…..
We choose to serve French fries that are free of the flavor coatings so popular in the restaurant industry now.
Fresh local (when available) greens, tomato wedges, red onion, grated carrot. Dressings: roasted tomato vinaigrette, ranch, bleu cheese, Italian, Caesar.
